1. Project Analysis and Pre-flight

This stage requires us to analyze the project as a whole, from the number of words, the duration it takes to complete the project, to the available resources. This allows us to ensure that each project is handled by competent translators in their respective fields and on time delivery.

2. Localization Stage

After our Project Manager makes sure the availability of resources and the timeline is feasible, our expert translators in their fields start localizing the project, ensuring every content and information is localized precisely and accurately.

3. Editing

All localized contents are reviewed and edited by independent and equally competent editors. This allows us to ensure maximum and error-free localization results, including in terms of compatibility between context and content.

4. Quality Control and Proofreading

Since our localizations are human endeavor and not Machine Translations, we are aware of the fact that there are occasional spelling, grammatical and typographical errors. That's why at this stage, our team of experts will carry out a series of quality assurance and proofreading processes to ensure that our localization are free from spelling, grammatical, layout and typographical errors, including checking the suitability of word choice with the client's given Termbase if any.

5. Final Check and Delivery

After going through a series of processes above, the project undergoes the final stage of production, i.e. the final check. Our Project Manager will prepare the project to be sent back to the client, including adjusting the file delivery format according to each client's preferences and send it in timely manner.

6. After-Sales Service and Client Feedback

In order to provide maximum service to our clients, we are always open to provide after-sales service to our clients.
